How quickly will I get my device once my subscription is approved?

Delivery time frames may vary based on the device and your selections. An estimated shipping duration will be provided at checkout and in your approval email. All orders will be delivered to your doorstep for free.

What are my options at the end of my subscription term?

Upgrade to a newer or different model with Swap, renew your subscription to keep using your current device, or return your device to cancel your subscription. Whichever option you choose, you'll be contributing to the circular economy.

How does Circular ensure my privacy?

Your privacy is important to us. Before returning your device, you are required to erase all data. Additionally, our IT experts will perform a second data wipe upon receipt of your device, ensuring double protection.
